Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency with construction management software. The Site Supervisor will coordinate between teams, manage resources, and ensure safety and compliance on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to stay on track
  • Oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate execution
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6 for planning and documentation
  • Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
  • Review construction estimates and assist in project planning and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and company policies

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of site operations
  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other related tools
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents accurately
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in project documentation and reporting
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
  • Knowledge of safety standards and protocols relevant to construction sites
