WHAT YOU'LL DO

This is a hybrid role that blends sales, field work, and leadership development.

You'll:

  • Promote V.I.L. Landscaping's premium services to homeowners in person
  • Communicate with clients, handle questions, and assist with upsells
  • Work hands-on with our landscaping crews and learn the trade fundamentals
  • Train directly under leaders who've built one of Oakville's top landscape brands

This isn't about clocking in. It's about learning to communicate, influence, and perform — whether you're selling, solving problems on site, or leading a crew.

WHO YOU NEED TO BE

  • Ambitious, athletic, and competitive

Experience in sales or landscaping helps, but attitude and drive matter more.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
