**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

This is a **hybrid role** that blends **sales, field work, and leadership development.**
You’ll:

- Promote V.I.L. Landscaping’s premium services to homeowners in person
- Communicate with clients, handle questions, and assist with upsells
- Work hands-on with our landscaping crews and learn the trade fundamentals
- Train directly under leaders who’ve built one of Oakville’s top landscape brands

This isn’t about clocking in. It’s about learning to **communicate, influence, and perform** — whether you’re selling, solving problems on site, or leading a crew.

**WHO YOU NEED TO BE**
- Ambitious, athletic, and competitive

Experience in sales or landscaping helps, but attitude and drive matter more.
