How will you help us make an impact? ‍‍

Reporting to the Director, Finance, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting and financial operations as we scale beyond $20M in annual recurring revenue. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented finance leader who combines strong technical accounting skills with deep understanding of financial dynamics. This individual will ensure the integrity of our financial statements, drive automation and efficiency in our systems, and deliver insights that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

This is a hands-on leadership role—the Accounting Manager will be expected to both roll up their sleeves on complex accounting issues and build scalable processes to support future growth.

As a Accounting Manager at Clariti, you'll get to :

  • Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with ASPE standards and manage the general ledger, balance sheet reconciliations, and all key accounting functions (AR/AP, payroll, cash management).
  • Maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies suitable for a fast-scaling SaaS organization.
  • Lead weekly cash flow and working capital forecasting and prepare financial reports for management and the Board
  • Oversee subscription revenue recognition, deferred revenue schedules, and contract

    accounting and partner with FP&A and leadership to monitor and analyze core SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and gross margin.
  • Provide actionable insights into revenue trends, renewal performance, and customer lifetime economics.
  • Evaluate and optimize accounting and billing systems (e.g., Intacct, Salesforce) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead automation initiatives to streamline reporting, reduce manual work, and improve data flow across systems.
  • Implement scalable processes that support growth from $20M to $50M+ ARR. Audit, Compliance & Governance
  • Lead the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with tax, legal, and financial reporting obligations across multiple jurisdictions and maintain readiness for potential future financing or M&A, activities.
  • Manage and develop a small but high-performing accounting team, with a focus on mentorship and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure data accuracy and contract alignment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and executive leadership, translating financial data into strategic business insight

What do you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA designation is an asset but not required
  • 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Experience managing financial operations for a company in the $10M–$50M ARR range.
  • Strong knowledge of ASPE and SaaS metrics.
  • Proven experience with modern financial systems (e.g., Intacct, or similar ERP;

    Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non

    technical teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $110,000-130,000 based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy.
