Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated and detail oriented individual with project management and office administration experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.
In this role, you'll support day-to-day project coordination, assisting with scheduling, budgets, documentation, and communication between teams, contractors, and clients. You'll also handle key administrative duties, ensuring efficient operations in the office and on-site.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Background in construction or building projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling (an asset)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a productive work environment
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including onboarding and training new team members
- Maintain accurate records and support vendor management
- Handle payroll processing and assist with human resources tasks as needed
- Knowledge of budgeting processes is beneficial
