Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role involves accurately inputting and managing data within various systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in databases and ERP systems with high accuracy
  • Manage large volumes of data collection and entry tasks efficiently
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record keeping
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Support administrative tasks including document preparation and record management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed for management

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data manipulation techniques
  • Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and general computer skills required
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with data entry, typing, and clerical tasks is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of filing systems and data collection processes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.20-$23.78 per hour
