Chibugan To Filipino Restaurant (take-out only) is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in our fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support all FOH & BOH staff
  • Ensure smooth take-out operations from order to pickup
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and speed
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and daily workflow
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling
  • Handle customer inquiries and order concerns professionally

Qualifications:

  • Experience in restaurant or take-out operations
  • Valid Food Safe Certificate (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability (evenings/weekends)
