A 40-year-old company recently backed by one of the largest (Canadian) PEs has spun off a 300-person division to accelerate growth and break into new markets. With the stability of a large company but the energy of a start-up, we are expanding our Account Executive Team.

: The sales team has an average tenure of 13 years, reflecting a supportive and fulfilling work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base of: $90k-110k CAD, OTE $185k CAD
- Uncapped Commissions + Accelerators

The Right Background
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B net new sales, preferably selling SaaS-based solutions in the field.
- Prefer experience using sales enablement tools (Zoominfo, Enablix, Salesforce)
- Strong relationship-building skills with an ability to engage with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles and overcoming objections.
- Prefer experience with SPIN Selling techniques, including the ability to effectively identify and address customer needs.
