We're Growing Our Asphalt Team

We're currently hiring experienced Roller Operators to support our asphalt paving operations.

This role plays a key part in delivering smooth, high-quality paving while maintaining safety and efficiency on every job site.

Duties

  • Operate vibratory and static rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials according to project specifications
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on roller equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist with site preparation, including grading and leveling surfaces prior to compaction
  • Coordinate with construction crews to execute paving, concrete forming, and other related tasks
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times to maintain a safe work environment
  • Document work progress and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors

Qualifications

  • Proven experience operating roller machinery in construction or paving environments
  • Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance
  • Familiarity with construction processes including paving, concrete forming, and finishing
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation
  • Construction experience or background in paving or concrete work is a plus
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
