Lead Business Analyst with AI Implementation Experience

We're looking for a strategic Lead Business Analyst to drive our enterprise AI implementation initiative in the insurance domain. This role combines business analysis expertise with AI knowledge to transform operations through intelligent automation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities, define requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams for AI initiatives
- Lead the documentation of detailed business requirements, user stories, and process flows
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
- Organize and lead workshops to collect advanced use cases for AI within the organization
- Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders on priorities and deliverables
- Support project management activities to ensure on-time, in-scope AI implementation
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience
- 3+ years leading complex technical initiatives
- Demonstrated success implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
- Insurance industry experience, particularly in P&C or Specialty lines
- Strong technical hands-on experience with AI technologies and their business applications
- Experience with policy administration systems and insurance workflows
- Proficiency in requirements documentation, process modeling, and data visualization tools
- Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management capabilities

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$110,000-CA$130,000.
