Nanny Needed for Busy Single Mom of One Energetic 5-Year-Old

I'm looking for a caring, reliable, and proactive nanny to help support our small, loving household. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and is comfortable assisting with light household tasks.

Location: Grande Prairie

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Start Date: as soon as possible

About Us

I'm a busy single mom with a sweet and active 5-year-old who loves to play, learn, and explore. We value patience, kindness, creativity, and good communication.

Responsibilities

Childcare Duties:

  • Engaging in play, reading, and age-appropriate learning activities
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • School drop-off/pick-up or transportation to activities
  • Maintaining a safe, positive, and structured environment

Light Housework Duties:

  • Tidying play areas and child's bedroom
  • Light laundry (child's clothes, occasionally household)
  • Loading/unloading dishwasher
  • General light cleaning to help keep the home running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children (preferably toddlers/kindergarten age)
  • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
  • Valid driver's license
