Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive childcare and support for families. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, excellent caregiving skills, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing environment. This role involves engaging children in activities, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring their well-being in a warm and professional manner.

Duties

  • Supervise and monitor children to ensure safety at all times
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs
  • Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, and nap times
  • Engage children in educational and recreational activities that promote development
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks related to child care, including cleaning toys and play areas
  • Support children with homework or teaching activities as needed
  • Provide compassionate care for children with special needs or disabilities when required
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress and needs

Skills

  • Experience working with children of various ages and backgrounds
  • Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks for children
  • Compassionate caregiving skills, including patience and understanding of children with disabilities
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents
  • Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare environments
