We're currently looking for a Distribution Office Clerk (Night Shift) to join our Distribution team. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive compensation A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for growth and development Continental night shifts (8:00 pm – 8:00 am)  JOB SUMMARY The Distribution Office Clerk is responsible for supporting the Distribution department by ensuring all products received, stored, and shipped meet company standards. This role provides administrative support, maintains accurate records, and assists with the coordination of daily distribution activities. WHAT YOU'LL DO Receive and process all inbound bills in the Famous business system Print and organize delivery documentation for outbound loads Answer phone and email inquiries related to deliveries and shipments Prepare and distribute paperwork for Supervisors, Shippers, and Receivers Greet and assist truck drivers, coordinating loading and unloading activities Verify shipment accuracy and maintain daily fulfillment reports Communicate and document any issues to the Warehouse Manager, Distribution Supervisor, and buyers Support a safe work environment by following all Health & Safety guidelines Provide coverage or assistance in supervisory duties when the Shift Supervisor is absent Perform other duties as assigned WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum high school diploma 1–2 years of experience in inbound, outbound, and storage processes (food industry experience an asset) Proficiency with Famous and MS Office Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently HOW TO APPLY If you are interested in this opportunity, please inform your Manager/Supervisor of your intent to apply and submit your resume to the posting on the Dayforce portal.   Apply today and Come Grow With Us At the Ippolito Group, we are committed to fostering a workplace that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion.
