Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative at Kimoby, you'll connect with dealership leaders to understand their day-to-day challenges and show how Kimoby can support their operations. You'll play a key role in expanding our North American market by driving outbound strategies, participating in strategic initiatives, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Using a consultative and curious approach, you'll uncover real operational needs and help identify how Kimoby can address them. Working closely with the sales team, you'll help build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. 
In this role, you'll get to:
  • Connect with Service and General Managers across dealerships to understand their business challenges and identify where Kimoby can drive measurable impact.
  • Engage with 50–60 prospects daily through calls, voice messages and emails, blending research, creativity, and persistence.
  • Qualify opportunities using a consultative approach, uncovering pain points and needs around revenue, efficiency, and retention.
  • Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM (HubSpot), consistently meeting daily, weekly and monthly activity goals.
  • Present our value proposition convincingly, highlight product features, and organize meetings to dive deeper into their specific needs.
  • Master our product and stay informed about the strategic challenges of the automotive industry to better advise clients.

  • Have 1–3 years of experience in sales and/or customer engagement (experience in the automotive and/or tech industry is a plus).

Représentant du développement des ventes
En tant que représentant du développement des ventes chez Kimoby, tu seras en contact avec les dirigeants des concessionnaires afin de comprendre leurs défis quotidiens et leur montrer comment Kimoby peut optimiser leurs opérations et stimuler la croissance de leur chiffre d'affaires. Tu joueras un rôle clé dans l'expansion de notre marché nord-américain en mettant en œuvre des stratégies de prospection, en participant à des initiatives stratégiques et en entretenant des relations avec les prospects. Grâce à ton approche consultative et ta curiosité, tu identifieras les défis auxquels les concessionnaires sont confrontés au quotidien et détermineras comment Kimoby peut les aider à les relever. En étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de ventes, tu contribueras à bâtir un portefeuille d'opportunités qualifiées. 
Ce à quoi tu peux t'attendre dans ce rôle
  • Communiquer avec les concessionnaires afin de comprendre leurs défis et d'identifier les endroits dans lesquels Kimoby peut avoir un impact mesurable.
  • Communiquer quotidiennement avec 50 à 60 prospects par le biais d'appels, de messages vocaux et de courriels, en alliant recherche, créativité et persévérance.
  • Évaluer les opportunités à l'aide d'une approche consultative, en identifiant les points faibles et les besoins en matière de revenus, d'efficacité et de fidélisation.
  • Générer et gérer un pipeline de prospects qualifiés dans notre CRM (HubSpot), en atteignant systématiquement les objectifs d'activité quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Présenter notre proposition de valeur de manière convaincante, mettre en avant les caractéristiques des produits et organiser des réunions pour approfondir leurs besoins spécifiques.
  • Maîtriser notre produit et restez informé des défis stratégiques de l'industrie automobile afin de mieux conseiller les clients.

Ce qui fait de toi notre futur collègue
  • Tu as 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente et/ou la relation client (expérience dans le secteur automobile et/ou tech est un plus).
  • Tu maîtrises l'anglais, autant parlé qu'écrit. Non-négociable
  • Tu as une mentalité de "hunter", naturellement curieux, compétitif et motivé par les résultats.
  • Tu excelles dans les conversations consultatives, identifier les besoins et les traduire en valeur claire.
