The technology practice group at Robert Half plays an important role in finding knowledge workers for technology positions across the region, and across the province, and this is your chance to get involved.

As a recruitment consultant with Robert Half, your job will be to match technology professionals with career opportunities, on behalf of employers in Vancouver, and around British Columbia.

A big part of the job is to develop business relationships with employers. These connections are formed through a variety of channels, such as attending industry events, developing a referral network, and outreach via phone and email and LinkedIn. We will help you establish yourself as a recruitment consultant, by developing your abilities in personal branding, self-promotion and business development.

This is an on-site position at the Robert Half office in downtown Vancouver. The office is centrally located in the Bentall Centre, connected to Burrard skytrain station.

This position is well-suited to individuals who are seeking a high-energy, collaborative environment, with uncapped earnings. If you enjoy working with a wide variety of customers in a professional services environment, then please apply today.

This is a full-time position, and includes a competitive total compensation package, comprised of base salary and commissions, 20 days of time off, and extended health and dental benefits.

On-target-earnings (OTE) for this position is generally between $80,000 and $120,000 in your first year, including base salary and commissions.

Requirements

  • You have two or more years of professional work experience in a corporate environment
  • You have business development experience, preferably in professional services, hospitality or similar
  • You have an interest in the technology sector, and you have an interest in IT, software, digital media or similar
  • You reside in the Vancouver area, and you are able to work in downtown Vancouver between Monday and Friday
  • You have a valid BC drivers license
