Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist role located in Vancouver, BC. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating onboarding processes, assisting in developing training programs, and providing support for overall talent acquisition and strategy initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
  • Strong Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams
  • Experience in Training and onboarding programs
  • Ability to develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience working in recruitment or HR roles in a collaborative team environment
