Role Overview
We're hiring a self-driven, technically fluent
Technical Account Manager of Enterprise Growth
to expand customer reach and strategic partnerships across North America. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise expansion, partner development (AWS), and technical sales.
You'll work directly with the CEO to deepen senior relationships, uncover growth opportunities inside large accounts, and advance our AWS partnership as we build a strong AWS practice.

Your Responsibilities
Enterprise Relationship Growth
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Stay continuously engaged as client teams evolve, ensuring we remain a strategic partner.
- Map and navigate matrixed enterprise orgs to identify expansion opportunities.
- Act as a strategic advisor, connecting customer goals to Decisions' capabilities and roadmap.
AWS Partner Development
- Support the CEO in strengthening and scaling our AWS partnership.
- Identify co-selling motions, programs, and incentives within the AWS ecosystem.
- Help shape Liquid Analytics' AWS practice by aligning offerings to AWS initiatives and working closely with AWS teams.
Technical Sales & Client Engagement
- Communicate confidently about our technology, GenAI capabilities, and enterprise use cases.
- Deliver tailored demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with product and leadership to refine messaging and support enterprise sales cycles.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain clear account plans, track relationship health, and drive timely follow-ups.
- Bring structure and initiative to a role that requires independence and close CEO collaboration.
- Support expansion efforts across both the U.S. and Canada.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in enterprise sales, technical account management, partnerships, customer success, or consulting.
- Track record of building relationships with enterprise executives and navigating complex orgs.
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, independent, and reliable follow-through.
- Technical fluency: comfortable discussing cloud/AI concepts, engaging technical teams, and leading demos.
- Clear communicator with strong executive presence.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with AWS or AWS partner programs is a strong asset.
- Sales-first growth mindset: you spot market/account opportunities, bring them forward, and help shape what we build next.
