Enterprise Technical Account Manager

StrataPrime is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join our team, working closely with the Google Canada Enterprise Team in downtown Toronto.
This role is designed for a seasoned professional with 10-15 years experience in enterprise-level sales and strategic account management, who thrives on driving transformative results. In this position, you will craft compelling business cases, uncover opportunities, and manage end-to-end sales processes within complex corporate environments. As a trusted advisor, you will navigate organizational dynamics with confidence, identifying and influencing key stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships. Your expertise in negotiating, attention to detail, and ability to understand the nuances of enterprise ecosystems will be critical to success.
Please note: This role will be required to work from the StrataPrime WeWork space or Google Canada offices in downtown Toronto 1-2x per week.

**Job Brief**
As a member of the StrataPrime sales team, you inspire leading companies to work smarter with Google tools like Workspace (including Gemini), Google Cloud Platform, and Chrome. You advocate the innovative power of Google products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. You will always do the right thing for the customer, and provide them with the best solutions for innovation. Using your passion for Google products, you help spread the magic of Google to organizations located in North America.
**What you will be doing**
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers, guide long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Work collaboratively with wider Google Account teams to cultivate and develop business growth for Google Workspace, Gemini and GCP, and achieve strategic goals.
- Make internal Googlers responsible for leads love us by closing deals, making their work life easier, and making them super successful in their roles.
- Respond to inbound leads while also researching and developing your own engagement strategies for warm leads in our CRM.
- Lead high-quality customer meetings (via Google Meet) ensuring needs and challenges are addressed in addition to sharing why and how StrataPrime and Google solutions are an excellent fit
- Deliver against assigned business and growth goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects. Increase the level of referenceability of accounts in the market
- Maintain and grow current Workspace accounts in addition to acquiring, leading, and developing new Workspace opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Create customer delight
- Be responsive, thorough, helpful and creative to help customers and keep sales momentum
- Document sales leads, meetings, deal updates, and create deal registrations, customer proposals, and sales orders
**What we are looking for**
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in enterprise or corporate sales. Extensive experience in SaaS, and/or Collaboration and Productivity tools sales would be a significant advantage.
- Experience managing customer and prospect accounts with sales cycles, and reaching and exceeding goals.
- Ability to build relationships and to deliver results in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
- Account management skills, with the ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the existing account base
- Enthusiasm, friendliness, and comfort in discussions and written communications with technically focused team members, finance teams and senior business leaders
- Active listener who can respond to inquiries with empathy and sound knowledge
- Self-starter who is dependable and can act quickly and accurately on multiple priorities
- Attention to detail with strong math skills and proficiency with Google Sheets
- Prepare account level reporting including price and margin analysis
- Experience with CRM sales tools
