About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the primary point of contact for our dealers, brands and partners. Your role is to ensure a smooth onboarding process, support ongoing needs, and drive satisfaction and retention. You'll collaborate across teams in multiple countries to deliver best-in-class service and help clients get the most out of our platform and products.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and accounts
- Guide new clients through onboarding and training on our platform
- Monitor order progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions
- Build long-term relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales, production, and design teams to manage custom orders
- Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and deeper customer engagement
- Collect feedback to help improve processes and customer experience
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years in customer success, account management, or related role
- Experience from sports or apparel manufacturing background, or background in sports industry
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using CRM tools and learning new software
- Passion for sports is a must
