Responsibilities

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and available.
  • Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using our dental software, Abel
  • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with the dental team to enhance patient experience.
  • Control inventory, order materials and receive orders
  • The role requires 4 - 5 Days a week, with a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Experience

  • Previous experience (5+years) in dental assisting is required.
  • Comfortable working in a fully digital office.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, codes and procedures is essential.
  • IPAC training/ certificated
  • Comfortable assisting GP as well as specialists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
