Job Description
We are currently looking for a AUDITING & DATA-ENTRY ADMINISTRATOR to join our Accounting team.
This is a permanent full-time position, and is onsite at our office located at 7659 Bramalea Road, Brampton.
The purpose of this position is to ensure that the supporting documentation and data required to invoice Customers are in the system accurately and in a timely manner and verify information is captured correctly to move orders through the billing process.
AUDITING: Review orders in the system with status of "Complete" to ensure required information has been captured and any outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Review orders and confirm required information is in the system by moving order to "Audited" status, within required timeframes.
- Troubleshoot any missing information and follow up until order can move into "Audited" status.
- Respond to inquiries and work assigned to the group email.
DATA PROCESSING: Update the system with required information and upload supporting documents to ensure required backup for customer invoicing.
- Scan paperwork from previous night and morning activity into imaging. Respond to inquiries and work assigned to the assigned group email.
- Update orders in the system with dock information ensuring that required information is complete. E.g. shipment dimensions, weight, footage, skid count, pieces, dates, etc.
- Process freight bills based on the End of Day Report by prioritizing as directed by dispatch/dock team.
- Scan and classify all supporting documents such as Bill of Lading, Customs documents, Interliner BOL, POD, etc.
- Scan and save Dock reports, load cards and End of day report.
- Notify customer service of any issues that may need their attention.
- Verify daily activity by verifying all freight bills are accounted for on the End of Day Report.
- Update DDS orders for piece and cage count, scan and save the backup.
Qualifications
Education:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Post-Secondary training in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience:
1-2 years in an office/warehouse environment
Systems:
- Google Office Suite
- TruckMate (TMW)

- Slack
