If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment, you will thrive in this position. Job Description We are currently looking for an AUDITING & DATA‑ENTRY ADMINISTRATOR to join our Accounting team. This is a permanent full‑time, onsite position at 7659 Bramalea Road, Brampton. Responsibilities Audit Orders: Review orders in the system with status “Complete” to ensure required information has been captured and resolve any outstanding issues in a timely manner. Move orders to “Audited” status within required timeframes. Troubleshoot missing information and follow up until order can move into “Audited” status. Respond to inquiries and work assigned to the group email. Data Processing Scan paperwork from previous night and morning activity into imaging. Update orders in the system with dock information ensuring required details are complete (e.g., shipment dimensions, weight, footage, skid count). Process freight bills based on the End‑of‑Day Report, prioritizing as directed by dispatch/dock team. Scan and classify supporting documents such as Bill of Lading, Customs documents, Interliner BOL, POD, etc. Scan and save Dock reports, load cards, and End‑of‑Day report. Notify customer service of any issues that may need their attention. Verify daily activity by ensuring all freight bills are accounted for on the End‑of‑Day Report. Update DDS orders for piece and cage count, scan and save the backup. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred: Post‑Secondary training in accounting or bookkeeping). Experience: 1‑2 years in an office/warehouse environment.
