Sales Account Executive

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team in the food and Farm produce business. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, sourcing new accounts, and driving revenue growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals with strong negotiation, business development, and B2B sales skills to make a significant impact within our organization. The role requires excellent communication abilities, strategic analysis skills, and proficiency acquiring new customers. A background in marketing, knowledge of Farm produce and leadership experience will be considered advantageous.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new business opportunities in target markets
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Create and present weekly customer prospect list and successful engagements
- Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor solutions effectively
- Lead negotiations to close deals that align with company goals while providing value to clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support sales objectives
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and account information within Salesforce
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product development, customer support, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track industry developments and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Skills
- Strong negotiation and business development capabilities with a proven track record in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging diverse audiences
- Proficiency with managing accounts and sales pipelines
- Analytical skills to interpret data, forecast trends, and develop strategic plans
- Experience in marketing strategies that support sales initiatives
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence internal teams and clients alike
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification
