We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP), a Field Technology Services provider, a Hosted VoIP Provider, an Internet Provider, and a Managed Service Security Provider (MSSP). Our company delivers IT infrastructure support, on-site technical deployments, Field Deployments, and managed service solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients across North America.

Our team supports large-scale technology rollouts, retail service programs, and nationwide field service operations, combining hands-on field expertise with long-term, managed service delivery.

We are expanding and seeking a driven Business Developer/Account Executive to help grow our client base, manage accounts, and drive new business within the MSP, field technology, Hosted VoIP, Internet, and security sectors.

Job Summary:

As a Business Developer/Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, as well as expanding existing client relationships.

You will represent the company's service capabilities, from recurring managed service contracts to project-based field deployments, and work closely with operations, project management, and dispatch teams to ensure successful delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who understands IT services, field operations, or technical rollouts and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in MSP, IT services, Hosted VoIP, Internet, Security, and field tech markets.

· Develop and manage client relationships, from initial contact to signed agreements and ongoing account growth.

· Create proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client requirements.

· Meet and exceed assigned revenue and margin targets.

· Coordinate closely with the operations and field services teams to ensure service quality and project success.

· Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity data within the CRM system.

· Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technology needs of clients.

· Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

· 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.

· Proven success selling IT services, managed services, or field-based technical projects.

· Strong understanding of service contracts, SLAs, and project-based service delivery.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Comfortable managing multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.

· Proficient with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

· Experience in the MSP, IT integration, or field service industry.

· Understanding of IT hardware rollouts, POS installations, or network infrastructure projects.

· Technical aptitude or background in IT/field operations.

Compensation:

· Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD

· Commission:

o 7% MSP margin, 4% project value, 1.5% hardware sales up to $2M new revenue annually

o 9% MSP margin, 5% project value, 2% hardware sales $2M to $5M new revenue annually

o 11% MSP margin, 6% project value, 2.5% hardware sales $5M to $10M new revenue annually

o Negotiable (12 – 15%) MSP margin, 8%+ project value, 3%+ hardware sales $10M+ new revenue annually
