Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parttime Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate files, vendor recocilation and other bookkeeping duties. This role is essential for supporting the financial health of our organization and providing support to our Office Manager and Business owner. Proficiency in various accounting software and strong analytical skills are required to succeed in this position.

Duties

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties
  • Perform vendor account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
  • Source missing invoices
  • Filing of invoices, statements, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Some experience with with accounting software such SAGE.
  • Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping is desirable
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 12 per week

Work Location: In person
