Position Summary
The Facilities Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of departmental initiatives related to Facilities Operations, including Infrastructure Renewals, small capital projects, and operational projects. Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Projects this role provides project management and communication support for organizational and interdepartmental initiatives, ensuring seamless delivery of Corporate Services across the organization.
Position Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Building Science, Architecture, Engineering.
- Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and CAD based software is considered an asset.
- 3+ years' experience in Project Coordination, Construction, Planning or other relevant experience preferably in a health care environment
- Demonstrated team building, multi-tasking, interpersonal and communication skills in a challenging environment.
