Job Overview

Cool Set is looking for a results-driven Event Sales Consultant to help grow our event business by bringing in new corporate, retail, and agency clients. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for someone with experience or connections in the events, marketing, PR, or corporate space.

Cool Set provides a wide range of event solutions including event rentals, custom builds, staging, décor, pipe & drape, and full 360-degree event support.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business by prospecting and networking with corporate clients, event planners, PR agencies, malls, venues, and brands
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships from initial outreach to booking
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate event solutions
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution after a sale is closed
  • Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets

Requirements

  • Experience in event sales, B2B sales, marketing, PR, hospitality, or related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working on a commission basis
  • Existing industry contacts are a strong asset
  • Professional, confident, and goal-oriented mindset

Pay: $35,817.08-$152,185.13 per year
