Lebowski's Kitchen is a newly renovated and opened restaurant concept in Vic Square Mall in Regina.We are looking for experienced Line Cooks to join our team. We are seeking people who can cook a large array of breakfast items, as well as lunch and dinner options. The ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and be a team player. It is important that the candidate can speak and read fluent English.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus
  • Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality of dishes
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience as a line cook
  • Experience in cooking breakfast items, as well as lunch and dinner options
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Open availability is preferred
