Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative intake specialist to join our dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills.

This role requires an individual who is proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The intake specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team and clients.

Duties

  • Contributing to excellent client experience.
  • Onboarding new clients, opening and closing files and handling new client inquiries.
  • Maintain reception area organization and function.
  • Communicating with clients to gather relevant information and documents.
  • Ensuring documents are organized for lawyers.
  • Collaborate with lawyers on tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handling client calls and hosting client signings and meetings.
  • Supporting with general office administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in litigation or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Clio and or NetDocuments considered an asset.
