Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinic Operations & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This dynamic, hybrid role supports both the operational and creative sides of the business—ensuring the clinic runs efficiently while helping our brand continue to shine.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys taking ownership of projects that blend administration, marketing, and event planning. You'll work directly with clinic leadership to coordinate daily operations, payroll, supplier communications, client experiences, and promotional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Administration
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and administrative support
- Coordinate payroll submissions, time-off tracking, and HR documentation
- Assist with supplier orders, inventory count/updates, and financial reporting coordination
- Support clinic compliance, documentation, and communication
Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and in-clinic events
- Create and schedule social media and email campaigns aligned with brand standards
- Collaborate with product representatives and industry partners for co-marketing opportunities
- Support loyalty programs, memberships, and new client onboarding
- Track campaign performance, manage media assets, and report results
Client Experience
- Uphold DermNurse's commitment to professionalism and client care
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in clinic coordination, marketing, or administrative management (medical aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry preferred)
- HR experience with employee onboarding and off boarding
- Jane EMR experience a benefit
- Proficiency with Microsoft, Google Workspace, Canva, and social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- A creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and client experience
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a collaborative environment
