We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team As a Wellness Clinic Attendant, you will assist in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring a serene and relaxing environment for our clients. Your responsibilities will include routine customer care, managing appointments, answering phones, processing payments, facility cleaning, and preparing rooms for various wellness services. These include float therapy, infrared sauna & cold plunge sessions, and other wellness treatments offered at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer care to ensure a peaceful and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
  • Handle the logistics of float therapy, infrared sauna, and other wellness services.
  • Perform facility cleaning and room preparation between client appointments.
  • Manage water chemistry for float therapy tanks and the cold plunge and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the wellness spaces.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as booking appointments, answering phones, and processing payments.
  • Ensure the clinic maintains a calm and welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our wellness philosophy.

Ideal Candidate:

This position is ideal for a student with a flexible schedule. Regular daytime and evening shifts are available throughout the week, with occasional weekend coverage when needed. We're looking for someone who is not only efficient and reliable but also embodies the values of relaxation and holistic wellness.

Qualifications:

  • No specific academic qualifications are required, though customer service experience is advantageous.
  • A reliable, professional, friendly, and articulate individual with a calm demeanor.
  • A strong interest in wellness practices, including floating, mindfulness, and healing.
  • Ability to perform some physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs (e.g., handling bags of salt for the float tanks).
  • A willingness to learn and grow within the wellness industry.
