Position Overview:

We're seeking a passionate, skilled Aesthetician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, professional, and eager to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll provide customized skincare and beauty treatments while helping clients look and feel their absolute best.

Pay Structure:

  • Competitive service commission rates & structure
  • Product sale Commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Perform professional aesthetic services including facials, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, body treatments, and other advanced skincare procedures
  • Conduct thorough skin consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and homecare routines
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure exceptional client experience at every visit
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to support treatment results
  • Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety protocols to maintain a pristine treatment environment
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to promote services, memberships, and seasonal promotions
  • Stay current with new technologies, skincare lines, and beauty trends through continuous education

Qualifications:

  • Licensed/Certified Aesthetician (New Brunswick or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments et)
  • 1+ Years of experience in industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering outstanding results
  • Sales and retail experience is an asset

Pay: $15.65-$34.92 per hour
