We are seeking a professional, personable, and skilled Aesthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional skincare and beauty services while creating memorable guest experiences. This role requires a passion for aesthetics, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest sanitation and safety standards. As an Aesthetician, you will help clients look and feel their best by providing personalized care in a welcoming and relaxing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of skincare treatments, including:
  • Facials
  • Body massages
  • Body waxing & Brazilian waxing
  • Chemical peels
  • Microdermabrasion
  • Provide nail care services such as manicures and pedicures, including gel polish application
  • Recommend skincare products and makeup items tailored to client's needs to support retail sales
  • Assist guests at the front desk with check-ins, appointment bookings, and general guest services
  • Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on new or featured beauty products
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by ensuring comfort, satisfaction, and personalized attention
  • Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards in all treatment areas according to health regulations
  • Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and support business growth
  • Build rapport with clients through effective, friendly communication to encourage repeat business

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Valid state license as an Aesthetician or Esthetician certification
  • Proven experience performing professional skincare treatments
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of spa/salon sanitation standards and best practices
  • Ability to perform body waxing, nail care, and (optional) hair styling services
  • Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is highly desirable
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for hospitality and guest care
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
