Glass Skin is looking for a talented and experienced Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team on a part-time and eventually full-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, laser technology, and providing clients with transformative results. This role is perfect for a driven individual who enjoys working in a high-end spa environment and staying ahead of industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and RF microneedling.
  • Conduct laser treatments such as laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and pigmentation correction using industry-leading technology.
  • Assess clients' skin concerns and recommend customized treatment plans and homecare.
  • Maintain impeccable sanitation, professionalism, and client care.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare and laser treatment trends and protocols.
  • Maintain certifications and compliance with Alberta's health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Aesthetician or Laser Technician with relevant training and experience.
  • Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic setting is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products and laser treatment protocols.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
