What You'll Do:

  • Support our team of talented hairstylists and aestheticians
  • Provide a welcoming, smooth client experience
  • Handle appointment bookings and client questions
  • Help maintain and manage inventory
  • Keep the salon/spa running efficiently in a busy environment
  • Support guest retention and simple sales initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with the team to make every client feel valued

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service experience (salon, spa, hospitality, or retail)
  • A friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Strong communication skills and basic computer skills
