  • Develop business acumen that informs the value delivery for the product, and consistently evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement of applications

Product Definition:

  • Engage with various internal development teams including UX, business analysts and development leaders to refine feature ideas by developing designs and prototypes, ensuring accurate documentation and to understand technical constraints and the adjustments needed
  • Clearly define user stories that can be developed, tested, and accomplish the desired outcomes for each feature
  • Create communication materials and lead meetings to develop shared understanding of upcoming feature sets and help develop a training strategy and materials for users
  • Identify and work with vendors of third-party software on product integrations that drive value for the product

Product Delivery:

  • Guide your development team in creating features that accomplish the desired outcomes, establishing product direction and purpose, and making day-to-day decisions on scope, functionality, and user experience
  • Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap for one or more software products and manage day-to-day aspects of sprint ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective, and daily stand ups
  • Ensure high adoption rates of new features by working with internal Change Managers to proactively communicate upcoming changes and develop rollout strategies
  • Develop KPIs and measurement strategies to ensure your product is having the intended impact
  • Develop reporting materials and meeting cadence with your stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of progress and outcomes
  • Follow-up with users post-release for feedback on newly developed features or changes, and ensure lessons learned and feedback are considered
