Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and task-driven Admissions Administrator to join our team full-time on-site in Mississauga, ON. The Admissions Administrator plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of all admissions activities while providing a welcoming, professional, and supportive experience for prospective families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing inquiries and applications, coordinating tours and interviews, and maintaining accurate admissions records.
  • Meeting regularly with the Founder and Head of School to align admissions practices with the school's mission and strategic goals.
  • Working closely with the Admissions Coordinator to support all stages of the admissions process, from first inquiry through enrolment.
  • Tracking each client's enrolment journey from the initial call to registration, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
  • Supporting the re-enrolment process for current families, keeping systems organized and updated.
  • Collaborating with faculty and staff to showcase the school's programs, values, and culture during the admissions experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on keeping processes streamlined, is attentive to detail, and enjoys balancing administrative precision with strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of education and curriculum development, with an understanding of the IB philosophy preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to keep systems organized and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in educational leadership or school admissions is an asset
  • Proficiency with admissions software, databases, and digital communication tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, or a related field required
  • Previous experience in an educational institution strongly preferred
