Dating & Relationship Coach (Contract)

Secret RSVP is launching our new coaching and matchmaking offering in 2026, designed to help singles show up more confidently, communicate more effectively, and build healthier and authentic romantic connections in real life.

We are seeking experienced, thoughtful Dating & Relationship Coaches to work with our clients on a contract basis. This role is ideal for coaches who are practical, emotionally intelligent, and grounded in real-world human interaction, with a strong emphasis on ethical, respectful coaching practices.

About the role

As a Dating & Relationship Coach with Secret RSVP, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them improve how they present themselves, connect with others, and navigate modern dating with clarity and respect.

Coaching is focused on behavior, communication, self-awareness, and relationship readiness, rather than diagnosis or clinical treatment.

This is a contractor role with flexible availability and session-based or package-based engagements.

Coaching focus areas

You will support clients across several areas, including:

• Personal presentation, presence, and first impressions
• Communication skills, social awareness, and emotional intelligence
• Navigating modern dating with clarity, boundaries, and respect
• Building habits and self-awareness that support healthy lasting relationships.

Whom this role is for

We are looking for coaches who:

• Have professional experience in dating coaching, relationship coaching, interpersonal skills coaching, or a closely related field
• Are grounded, ethical, empathetic and client-centered
• Understand modern dating dynamics without promoting games or manipulation
• Are comfortable giving direct, constructive feedback with care and respect
• Believe strong relationships are built through presence, communication, and emotional intelligence
• Can work independently while aligning with a shared coaching philosophy.

What this role is not

• This is not a therapy or clinical psychology role
• This is not a pickup or attraction tactics role
• This is not a life coaching or motivational speaking role
• We do not promote manipulation, scripts, or pressure-based strategies.

Contract structure

• Independent contractor role
• Flexible scheduling
• Paid per session or per client package
• Coaches must operate in alignment with Secret RSVP's standards, methodology, and client experience guidelines
• Coaches may maintain their own independent practice alongside this role.
