We're looking for an incredible Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our

fast-growing OwnerShift team based out of Ottawa, Canada

This role starts part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity. It is fully

virtual and can be performed anywhere in North America.

Bonus points if you have:

● Restaurant industry experience

● Experience with POS systems (even better if multiple)

What will you be doing?

● Delivering a white-glove onboarding experience to every new client

● Coaching clients live on their onboarding call so they feel confident collecting

financials and key business data

● Coordinating with Virtual Assistants to ensure dashboards and tools are set up

correctly

● Guiding clients through their first 90 days and making sure they start strong

● Monitoring engagement, identifying early red flags, and proactively partnering

with coaches to support clients

● Collecting testimonials, video reviews, case studies, and referral opportunities

● Supporting Ownershift HQ with community engagement when needed

● Helping clients feel valued, supported, and connected to something bigger

● Conducting exit interviews and gathering meaningful feedback

● Owning your responsibilities fully — communicating early if timelines or scopes

shift and ensuring nothing "falls through the cracks."

You are the heartbeat of the client experience and a key driver of referrals, raving fans,

and long-term success.
