Part-Time Financial Tax Coach

About the role:

This is not a sales position; our financial counselors host pre-scheduled appointments with members. This is a remote role with very limited travel required.

We're searching for financial professionals who have a passion for helping people achieve their financial goals. We provide full-spectrum financial coaching and education, and we are specifically interested in CPAs or Tax Preparer EFILE Registered to guide members through tax planning.

What you bring to the table:

● year degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience) as well as 5+ years experience in tax planning, personal tax prep, audits, etc.

● Proven track record persuading clients to engage or upgrade to value-added services and solutions

● Motivational skills to inspire behavioral change around personal financial habits

● Superlative listening skills that lead you to empathy and understanding

●       CPA, CFP, or comparable certifications (preferred)

● A high level of skill and comfort with technology

● An openness to a culture of continuous development and improvement

● A willingness to support our members two evenings a week

● A passion for helping people in need
