Akelius is seeking an adaptable and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join the Human Resources team.
The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions across Quebec and Ontario.
These functions include day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, benefits, reporting, and administrative duties.
The successful candidate is highly motivated, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with potential to grow into recruitment and process optimization projects in the future.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager,
the Coordinator supports the team by contributing to a variety of key HR functions.
Recruitment support:
HR administration:
manage employee records and ensure accuracy and compliance with Quebec and Ontario employment lawsprepare and process documentation related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle eventsupdate internal documents, spreadsheets, templates, training materials where needed draft letters of employment, any company communications as neededsupport payroll preparation by providing relevant informationcoordinate benefits enrollment, updates, and employee communicationEmployee Relations:
act as a point of contact for first level employee inquiries related to benefits administration, HR policies, and proceduresSupport HR Operations:
