A. Soutien administratif

  • Fournir un soutien organisationnel et clérical au Président et au Directeur Marketing
  • Planifier les réunions, tenir les dossiers à jour et gérer les communications internes
  • Assister dans la préparation de documents, rapports et tâches de coordination d'équipe

B. Marketing et coordination d'événements

  • Soutenir l'exécution des campagnes, événements et activations en magasin
  • Contribuer à assurer une présentation de marque cohérente sur les supports physiques et numériques
  • Participer à la gestion des communications avec les partenaires, clients et fournisseurs

C. Ventes et engagement client

  • Aider à la coordination avec les partenaires détaillants et les clients potentiels
  • Maintenir un système organisé pour la rétroaction client et les matériaux promotionnels
  • Contribuer à la gestion du marchandisage en magasin et du matériel de point de vente

D. Gestion de bureau

  • Maintenir la propreté du bureau et la gestion de l'inventaire des fournitures
  • Assurer la liaison avec les fournisseurs et la gestion de l'immeuble pour les besoins opérationnels
  • Veiller au bon fonctionnement des systèmes et ressources internes

E. Collaboration en contexte de startup et flexibilité

  • Apporter du soutien aux différentes équipes selon les besoins
  • Contribuer à un environnement de travail agile, positif et efficace
  • Participer aux initiatives de résolution de problèmes et d'amélioration continue

Exigences

  • Minimum d'un an d'expérience en administration et marketing
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais obligatoire

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support various marketing and operational functions, including digital marketing, product management, and research initiatives. This position is essential for maintaining smooth administrative workflows while supporting our online presence and marketing strategies.

A. Administrative Support

  • Provide organizational and clerical support to the President and Marketing Director

  • Schedule meetings, maintain records, and manage office communications

  • Assist in documentation, reports, and team coordination tasks

B. Marketing & Event Coordination

  • Support execution of campaigns, events, and retail activations

  • Help ensure consistent brand presentation across physical and digital materials

  • Assist in handling partner, customer, and vendor communications

C. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Assist in coordinating with retail partners and potential customers

  • Maintain an organized system for customer feedback and promotional materials

  • Help manage in-store merchandising needs and point-of-sale materials

D. Office Management

  • Maintain office cleanliness and supply inventory

  • Liaise with vendors and building management for operational needs

  • Ensure that internal systems and resources are functioning smoothly

E. Startup Collaboration and Flexibility

  • Provide support across departments when needed

  • Contribute to an agile, positive, and efficient team environment

  • Participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives

Minimum 1 year working experience in Admin and Marketing

Must be bilingual French and English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00 per hour
