Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented
Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and strategic growth initiatives within the healthcare sector. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth through tailored recruitment solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of healthcare workforce challenges, and a passion for delivering value through talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and secure new client partnerships within the healthcare, long-term care, and retirement sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, business opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and account management teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Track and report on business development metrics, pipeline activity, and sales performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, or recruitment sales—preferably within healthcare, staffing, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment, workforce trends, and client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
