We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Healthcare Recruiter to assist with recruiting activities. The Healthcare Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to develop, organize and maintain all recruiting processes and initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with all aspects of recruitment
- Telephone screening
- Conducting reference checks
- Coordinating details related to the offer of employment
- Ensuring all onboarding information is received from new employees
- Tracking all new hire onboarding information
- Maintaining databases
- Other projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human resources, business, communications or similar field
- Previous experience working as a recruiter is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Advanced interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient time management skills
