Litigation Associate Lawyer
Location: Kitchener, ON (Waterloo Region) | In-Person with hybrid option
Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year

This role is for a new position and is not for an existing vacancy.
You will play a key role in all stages of litigation, including:
- Representing clients before courts and tribunals;
- Managing a varied caseload across commercial, property, employment, and estate matters;
- Drafting pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court documents;
- Conducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, and hearings;
- Collaborating closely with partners and other associates;
- Mentoring summer and articling students; and
- Advising clients and developing practical, results-oriented legal strategies.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- 2-5 years of post-call litigation experience;
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills;
- Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines;
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for problem-solving; and
- Sound business judgment; and
- Motivation to excel in the practice of law.
