Litigation Lawyer for Friendly Growing Boutique Law Firm Location: Kitchener / Waterloo area Employment Type: Full-time Vacancy Status: This is a newly created position due to the firm’s growth. Role Overview As a Litigation Lawyer, you will manage a diverse range of files including commercial, property disputes, employment, and estate litigation. You will be involved in all stages of litigation, including: Representing clients before courts and tribunals Managing a varied caseload across multiple practice areas Drafting pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court documents Conducting examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, and hearings Collaborating closely with partners and associates Advising clients and developing practical, results-oriented legal strategies Qualifications Minimum 3 years post-call litigation experience Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills Ability to independently manage multiple files and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for problem-solving Sound business judgment and motivation to excel in the practice of law Compensation Competitive salary range: 100 – 137k Why work with our client Collegial and inclusive workplace culture Flexible hybrid work arrangements Competitive compensation and benefits, including: RRSP matching Parental leave top-up On-site parking Firm social events How to Apply Please contact .
