Litigation Associate (Confidential Search)A well-established, mid-sized law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing and collaborative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive, high-quality legal environment.The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad and engaging litigation practice, including commercial, real estate/property, employment, and estate disputes. The firm offers the depth of a multi-disciplinary practice combined with a collegial, team-oriented culture that values mentorship, flexibility, and professional development.This is a newly created role to support continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage files through all stages of the litigation processAppear before courts and tribunals as requiredDraft pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other litigation materialsConduct examinations for discovery, cross-examinations, mediations, and hearingsWork closely with partners and fellow associates on complex mattersProvide practical, strategic, and results-driven advice to clientsSupport and mentor junior lawyers, articling students, and summer studentsQualifications2–5 years of post-call litigation experienceStrong written and oral advocacy skillsAbility to independently manage a varied caseload and competing deadlinesExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsCollaborative, solutions-oriented mindsetStrong professional judgment and commercial awarenessGenuine interest in continuing to grow as a litigatorWhat’s OfferedCompetitive compensation packageFlexible work environment (4x a week in office)Hands-on mentorship and meaningful client exposureCollegial, respectful, and high-performing team culture
