Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement across various channels.
  • Manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product placement and user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search rankings and enhance visibility.
  • Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Oversee product management processes, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design engaging marketing materials including graphics, videos, and promotional content.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google AdWords to inform future strategies.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain the company website using WordPress, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
  • Develop budgets for marketing initiatives while tracking expenditures against planned budgets.
  • Connect with clients externally.

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience with Facebook advertising and other social media platforms for effective brand promotion.
  • Familiarity with product management principles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing content.
  • Solid understanding of HTML for basic website updates is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting for marketing initiatives while managing resources effectively.
