Marketing Operations Manager

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage our **marketing automation platform (Marketo)** and manage the full customer lifecycle.
- Work with the Sales team to develop and implement lead scoring and routing processes.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs to develop high-performing cadences in Outreach.
- Ensure data integrity across our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce. Marketo, and other tools.
- Help us maintain and evolve our attribution and measurement frameworks. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new marketing strategies.
**Requirements & Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation.
- ** Marketo** experience required; **Marketo** Certified Expert preferred.
- Experience as a marketing admin in Salesforce is a big plus.
- Experience with Sales Automation preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
