Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented digital marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online engagement, and increase sales across various digital platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of digital tools and channels, including , social media, and search engines but not limited to. The digital marketer will play a key role in optimizing our online presence through innovative campaigns and data-driven insights. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and help grow our brand. The ideal candidate is a social media pro who understands how to plan content, run campaigns, and track performance across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Create compelling visual and written content (posts, stories, reels, short videos, carousels, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design/creative team (or use tools like Canva) to develop on-brand graphics and visuals.
  • Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing goals, campaigns, and key dates.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement; respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates, and organize events.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Instagram and Facebook pages for a brand, business, or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools, including Meta Business Suite / Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience creating content calendars and executing them consistently.
  • Basic knowledge of paid ads on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Strong writing skills with good grammar and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
